What we saw — honest app notes

Tested by our team — June 2026. We installed the iOS app, set up Face ID login, and put an evening through it. Here’s the part most app pages skip. The Trustpilot complaints about logouts and occasional lag are real, and we ran into a milder version of them ourselves.

Specifically, over one evening we hit two unexpected logout / re-authentication prompts. The app dropped the session and asked us to sign in again (Face ID made that a two-second fix, but it’s still a friction point). We also saw brief buffering when launching a live-dealer stream on mobile. It settled within a few seconds and played cleanly after that, though the first load wasn’t instant. That’s an honest con, not a dealbreaker. The casino games, bet slip and cashier all worked fine otherwise, and we didn’t lose any balance or bets to it.

So it’s a competent app that does the job, with two stability rough edges we’d be lying to hide. Set up biometric login and the re-auth prompts barely register. Just don’t bank on a flawless live-stream cold start every single time. Your experience may vary by device and connection.

App vs desktop

Feature parity is good. Everything we used on desktop — the full casino lobby, the sportsbook, live tables, the cashier with Interac — shows up in the app, and the layout adapts cleanly to a phone screen rather than cramming the desktop site into a small window. The only mobile-specific snags were the two noted above: the occasional session drop and the live-stream cold-start buffer.
